we created this menu for one of our very favorite clients, who wanted to be transported to Italy for a truly special culinary experience. inspired by Chef David's work at a traditional castle near Toscana, this meal offered an authentic taste of old-world regional cuisine.

for this event, we transformed our client's gorgeous outdoor deck into a relaxing, yet inviting happy hour venue. summertime in Colorado offers a bounty of farmers' market-fresh ingredients: corn, tomatoes, peaches, and melons, just to name a few! we are proud to support local famers, purveyors, and vendors...this menu illustrates the very best of Colorado, done flavor style.
autumn wine tasting event
sometimes our clients want the wine service to be the focal point of their special occasion. we couldn't agree more! we designed this festive and flavorful hors d'oeuvres menu to tastefully harmonize with their Pinot Grigio, Grenache-based Rosé, Pinot Noir, and Zinfandel wine selections for a mouth-watering effect.
v.i.p. dinner party
this was one of our favorite menus we've ever designed. our client's goal was to impress their guests and exceed their expectations for what defines an "at home dinner party" in every way. in addition to creating this customized six-course meal for 24 guests, we handled every element of the event, from designing the floral arrangements to mixing a personalized iPod playlist to our client's specific tastes.

we can hardly think of a better way to enjoy a sunday than to invite a dozen of your closest friends over for a Champagne brunch. after meeting with our client, we learned that 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' is one of her favorite films...so we designed a menu inspired by all of the glamour and elegance captured in that timeless classic.
