| a
tale of two guacamoles
G:
No big story here. We love guac! I actually don't know anyone
that doesn't.
The first recipe came from Marco, a fellow black jack dealer.
We make it when we have company because the fresh chopped
peppers make it a little fancier. The second, a smaller
batch, is what we usually fix for just the two of us.
mixins
All you need to do to mix up the guacamole is remove the
skins and pits from the avocados and mash them up in a bowl.
If the avocados are slightly hard, I will chop them inside
the bowl with the tip of a knife. You want to mash/stir
the avocados until they are a creamy, yet slightly lumpy
texture. Next, add and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Best if served immediately since the avacodos can brown
quickly.
Oh yeah. Don't forget the chips. |
